I wish reviewers would stick to reviewing the app. This isn’t the place to review the gym. The app I downloaded to my phone doesn’t look like the one advertised here. It’s missing all the tracking elements. Also, the watch app has no “pass kit” as shown in the App Store example. It has nothing, actually, but I’m interested only in the pass kit so I can access the gym without my phone.

Your staff and are very personable and they show they care . They like what they do instead of some money and they make you feel comfortable no matter what stage your at . I love the classes

This is probably the best gym in the Albany area purely for the equipment. With the being said, physiq is very money hungry. Charged for membership during pandemic while being closed. The evening now only includes one employee. Boasting a 32,000 sq ft facility, how do you expect that one person to clean and maintain this space? Service is lacking due to limited staffing. Staffing always is kind and professional, which leads this issue to be purely managerial. Releasing a new app to clear negative reviews will result in the same reviews, unless you take the time to correct the current issues.
