I’ve been ordering from KisanKonnect since quite sometime now. Although their products are of good quality and the packaging is also good, it is their service which is absolutely pathetic. Every single time, there is some item missing from my order and I have to keep calling customer care for putting that money in my wallet. My latest order was when a different level of mess up was done. Firstly, the delivery slot was selected by me as 7-10 am, which was the earliest available slot. Thereafter, due to some “operational issues” as informed to me by customer care, my order was delayed and eventually, it was delivered at 8 pm! Later when I cross-checked my order with whatever was delivered, there were 6 missing items. What is even more irritating is that you barely get any time to check the delivered items, as the delivery person just hands it to you hastily and on certain occasions you’re not even home. So by default, by the time you check everything, you have no option but to call customer care and complain. This issue of missing items in EVERY SINGLE order is something KisanKonnect needs to address on an urgent basis. Else, they’ll end up losing customers, as there are 10 other competitors who are offering the same or even better rates and much better service. If you want to make a difference in the market, you have to elevate your customer service and resolve this issue of repeatedly missing items in orders.

Products are average. Service is OK in my area. No instant delivery. Coconut size is at to small compared to market. Garlic was sent extremely new I could not use. Price of Some products are very high compared to local market Hence Use some other name, don’t use “Kisan”. Alphonso mangoes are double the market rate and quality not guaranteed as it’s an online purchase. Coriander leaves were full of mud, they don’t chop the roots and clean. They charge for curry leaves which should be given complimentary like sabziwalas. Overall quality of other vegetables like carrots capsicum is good . They always send light orange tomatoes. For red juicy tomatoes a local market vendor is the best. Over all : Kisan connect can be used when you are in bad health or too busy in office work or other reasons and can’t go to the market. They deliver the same day if ordered in morning or next day of ordered in evening. All online sellers including Kisan connect, Swiggy big basket send sub standard example light orange tomatoes, super huge potatoes , huge ivy gourds instead of tender ones etc . Local Sabzi wala or Mandi is still the best when it comes to buying vegetables in our Great Bharat. Thanks
