Sir McThomas Mcpizzaman actually, but I have just ordered a pizza using this application upon my telephone and let me tell you, apart from the extortionate price, I am very appeased by the interactions of which I found myself having with the app, I particularly enjoyed perusing the pictures which they have added it’s very handy because despite my noble knighthood I cannot read . Pizza is a circle shape. And I hope mine arrives soon. I hope they don’t roll it like how the wheel was invented though, this would be aweful, as my castle is surrounded by a moat, a moat me and my family scarcely venture towards or even near. Why you ask, for a ferocious crocodile lives in these waters. It’s fine, we have even played a few games of monopoly with him, but he always eats my delivery drivers and the food :/ he particularly enjoys pizza so I rarely get to enjoy the delights of such a takeaway. Here’s to me hoping this time is different

This app lets you do two things: order food and read about the Slices system. Now, since “ordering food” is what a food delivery app is FOR, that wouldn’t be so bad. What drags this down into one-star territory is that that is the ONLY thing you can do. You can’t track your ongoing orders or even review them. You can’t input address or payment information without making an order. There isn’t even a back button for if you accidentally fall into the unbelievably long information page for the Slice system (which is like if the Nando’s chilli system was worse). I placed an order literally ten minutes ago and the app does not recognise this. It assumes, when I enter it, that I want to buy more food. I am left guessing as to whether this order went through at all, and god help me if I forget what I ordered with it. I suppose this adds a fun element of mystery to the night- when is the food going to arrive? IS the food going to arrive?- but since I’m hungry I’m not inclined to play this game or rely on the trust-based system you seem to have set up here. Time to ring the restaurant again, I guess.

Convenient fast orders. With good memory of what you bought before, nice offers, and a rapid delivery of delicious pizza the family loves. And they even make last minute changes if you call them up. My only gripe is that it is a PAIN having to type in your care details each time. Why not use Apple Pay or Pay Pal we check out options or even just let us save a credit card details so we don’t have to keep typing it. That awkwardness alone is almost enough to make me change to a competitor....almost! If the pizza wasn’t so darn good and your service so snappy I wouldn’t keep coming back!
