Just trying to get labubus. When I click on a box and I reserve it, it’s supposed to give you and only you the box. Instead, when I shake it, it says another customer got my box. It’s happened twice already, please fix this. Also, resellers buy everything out before you can even get onto the page. I’ve been trying for 2 to 3 hours at a time and getting nothing. Finally, when you want the app to send you notifications, you sometimes just can’t click on the button for it to send you any notifications. While this issue is mainly on pop now, I’ve seen it happen on normal items as well.

The app needs to be worked on epically when you have a high-demand collect item I have wanted a Labubu for a while now. Waiting for boxes to become available is fine but when the timer is at a minute and then resets to 5 minutes what’s the point of trying to get one when the timer doesn’t fully reset is just false hope. And then you have people pretending to check out to get more time, which is ridiculous. That problem should be fixed so you don’t have people holding the boxes up and the URL needs to be fixed when you have a first-time customer trying to get one they will have to do all this research to see how to do the URL but is not a guaranteed if you get one. I get restricted for pressing the button too much which is sad I have been to many websites that have had high-demand collect items I have never been restricted plus every collector knows you refresh your page constantly and try to click as fast as you can. If you want my opinion I would have people make an account and they should at least have the account for a month it will detour bots. You should give people an extra two minutes to check out no collection takes 15 minutes we all have our card info in there to check a under a minute. This will help you sell boxes at a steady rate and it will keep things moving so things aren't at a standstill. But this is my opinion take it how you want to.

I am not often compelled to write a review for an app, but hoo boy. I’ve tried twice now to buy a toy for my younger sibling. 1. The app is FLOODED with bots and people running auto scripts to abuse the reservation system and the site’s anti-bot measures have done nothing to fix this. If you try to outcompete them by spamming, you’ll likely get temp banned for clicking too often and probably miss out. The only way to get around this is by trying another browser or making an entirely new account—which also seems to be how people are getting around the 6-per-person limit. 2. The app is completely unintuitive and poorly designed—pages lag, the app crashes during restock times, there no way to save payment info I could find (it only gives you payment options on checkout), and you have to go to checkout in order to set your store location. The notification system doesn’t even work for me. 3. The website has most of these issues too, so there’s no way to get around any of it. Overall, a dreadful time. If this is not addressed I’m honestly just going to write Pop Mart off entirely—it should not be this hard to buy a company’s product.
