“The new Aritzia app is absolutely fantastic — stylish, intuitive, and exactly what fans of the brand have been waiting for. From the moment I opened it, I could feel that same high-end boutique energy right in my pocket. The feed of curated outfit inspiration made it super fun to scroll through, the ‘Shop the Look’ feature let me pick out complete looks without any hassle, and the Closet feature (tracking my Aritzia pieces across online, in-store and in-app) is genius.
The design is sleek, modern and aligns perfectly with the brand’s ‘Everyday Luxury’ promise. Ordering felt seamless and the early-access drops are a major bonus. If you’re an Aritzia lover, this app just elevated your shopping game. Highly recommended!”

There’s already so much to like about this app including the navigation and photos. Obviously there’s some buggy behavior since it’s a new launch and that’s to be expected. Didn’t personally experience any issues signing in on launch day just some glitchy behavior with the shopping bag tab. I’m sure after reading suggestions from reviews this app will be even better!

This app is a total scam. My cart showed discounted prices and free shipping, but after I placed the order, I was charged full price plus an extra $7.50 for shipping. That’s deceptive and unacceptable.
There’s no proper way to manage or cancel the order — the “Manage My Order” section doesn’t even work. The app crashed within an hour after I placed the order. I called customer service right away, but no one answered because it was “outside of business hours.” When I called the next day, they told me I couldn’t cancel since it wasn’t done within 30 minutes. How is that even possible when the app was broken and support was unavailable?
The entire system is full of bugs and feels like it was launched without any testing. Aritzia really needs to fix this — it’s misleading customers and taking money unfairly. I’ll never use this app again.
