The restaurant’s mobile application functions at a basic level, but it has several major issues that make ordering inconvenient and confusing for both customers and staff. One of the biggest problems is that the app does not include all of the menu items actually available at the restaurant. This limits ordering options and creates inconsistency between the in-store menu and the app experience. The order management system also appears poorly designed. When placing an order, there is no reliable way for restaurant staff to estimate or communicate when the order will be completed. Employees can only see the time the order was submitted through the app, but there is no preparation tracking, completion estimate, or status update system available. Another major issue occurs when customers arrive to pick up their food. The app does not provide a proper identification system for pickup orders. There are no assigned order numbers, customer names, or other identifying details that allow staff to determine who is picking up which order. As a result, employees cannot easily distinguish between app orders, online orders, or regular in-person orders, which creates confusion and delays during busy periods. Overall, while the app technically works, it lacks several essential features expected from a modern restaurant ordering system. Improvements to menu accuracy, order tracking, estimated completion times, and customer identification for pickups would significantly improve the experience for both customers and restaurant staff. Great food, excellent service from restaurant staff and management but the app developers clearly didn’t comprehend the process of retrieving said orders when customers pay.

Best staff and I really love the food! Best charro beans I have ever had and everything I have eaten is beyond good. If you have never had Fideo, must try it here. It is under the soup category. I try hard to make this and it is pretty hard to get it close to my mom’s … this restaurant nails it! And sorry mom but it is better than yours. My son loves the Piccadillo. I have not tried yet, but he gave high praises and he’s very picky. Other son had beef fajitas and very good his gf always gets pork tacos and I can never remember the name but she said very good.

Their chicken fajita plate is my go to! It comes with 3 flour tortillas I use to make my own tacos with rice, beans, guacamole, chicken, & top them grilled onions & the lettuce that is included. Their chips and salsa are amazing! My 6 yr old loves their kids picadillo combo but with everything packaged seperate so it easier to put into a plate for her. She loves their chips as well and builds her own mini botana with her picadillo and tomatoes. It’s dinner time!
