This program was and is just what I needed. All the meal plans and each workout laid out neatly for me has been so incredibly helpful. Melissa seems to genuinely care and the support was so nice. Any question was promptly answered and other ladies on the program were also so encouraging. I did not hit on all cylinders on the first go-around so I am taking myself back through the program starting at the beginning and doing all of it. The benefits have been evident even if not dramatic with doing what of it I have. I followed the eating plan very closely and did the workouts. But I missed some on the meal plan in the beginning and the workouts I did not get completed for each week. But I stuck to what I could and there have been results in the form of feeling better and losing about 8 pounds. I felt like the cost was reasonable, too. I would highly recommend this program if and when it is offered again!
I am going through menopause and wanted someone who could relate with me. I’m on week 1 of an 8 week program and so far I’m very happy. I’m not going to lie, the workouts are not easy but in reality they shouldn’t be. I had to level with myself and realize I have to put in the work to see the results. The meal plans are simple and you do tend to eat the same things over and over, but that is what makes it simple. I’ve never been one to communicate on a community page, but I’m really liking this one since everyone is like minded. There also is a Q and A section and I have found it very helpful.
This is a wonderful program for the woman that has been an avid weight lifter/exerciser for 25 years. The information and community support is great. There are so many options from beginner to more advanced. Everything you need to succeed is here. From mind set (mucho important) to diet changes and the timing of when you eat around workouts. I love this program and so glad I bit the bullet and gave this gift to myself!
