I have stage 4 gastric cancer. I chose to not have chemo at this time. I have chosen to follow Joe Tippens protocol and Dr Thomas Seyfried protocol that Cancer is a metabolic disease. Today marks 25 days of a 40 day fast and without this keto mojo I would not be able to accurately know my ketones or what my GKI level is everyday. With Gods grace I have had significant improvements in my health in a short period of time. Dr. Seyfried is right. I hope this helps others discover that if we give our bodies the chance, it can heal and control whatever it attacks it.

The website does not tell you which app to download and so I had to do it twice after wasting many strips since the syncing process would not work well. The syncing process is not discussed well at all on the website. The strips were not drawing up blood so again, wasted strips that are expensive. Customer service is nearly absent and when they respond they go on repeat of steps you already understand…sent a video and was told I am doing correctly…but they don’t offer to send strips to replace the ones that have malfunctioned. this is a cumbersome process with many many detailed steps…when you have all the steps correct, customer service goes on repeat in their response going over the same thing you understood the first time. They do not address what you are saying. This is a horrible experience, don’t expect them to get back to you timely. Once it took them 72 hours.

I’ve been using this meter for a couple of years and the device itself works well. However, the companion app is not user-friendly and lacks some key features. Syncing is unreliable — I often need to repeat the process multiple times. If I haven’t synced in a few weeks, the app notifies me that the meter’s time is incorrect and needs to be fixed, which is frustrating. The interface could be much better. I’d like to see all my measurements in chronological order on the main screen, with a simple option to view graphs. Instead, the layout feels clunky and unintuitive. One major issue is the lack of support for multiple users or guests. If a family member takes a reading, the app syncs it to my account with no way to assign it to someone else or delete it. The only option seems to be hiding the reading or deleting the entire account, which is far from ideal. Other apps, like Withings, let you create additional users and manage measurements more flexibly. I hope the developers improve the app soon. The meter deserves a better companion.
