Application inutile et frustrante
Après une inscription laborieuse via le service eSanté, je m’attendais à pouvoir envoyer mes documents directement à la CNS, comme le promet l’application. Résultat : aucune fonctionnalité activée, rien ne fonctionne, et l’application ne permet strictement aucune action concrète. On a l’impression d’avoir installé une coquille vide. Grosse déception : on perd du temps pour au final devoir tout faire par d’autres moyens. Vraiment dommage pour un service aussi important que la CNS.
