The app works fine, but after an update I lost all my reward points and didn't earn any more after placing an order. It says "earning points just got easier," but I don't think it's easier if it isn't a functional system.

Overall the app works very well and is convenient for ordering food ahead of time. As a regular customer, I love getting the rewards for a highly discounted meal every now and then. There is a bug where if you save your credit card information and buy food from location A, the credit card info will only stay saved as long as you continue to purchase from location A. If you switch to location B or any other location, the transaction will fail and you have to go in and put your credit card information again. This doesn’t make the app unusable, but it’s really inconvenient having to enter my credit card information over and over again each time I pick up from a different location. If it wasn’t for this one issue I would give the app 5 stars!

Redeeming a reward is useless since it does not appear on the checkout page where you can actually apply the reward. I have a reward but my checkout page says “no rewards found” despite it being present in the rewards page. Because of this, this app feels meaningless.
