It took me 5 tries to be able to placed an order for delivery. I even had to call the restaurant to make sure that they received my order or not because it was telling me that my payment was processed but it kept telling that there was an error with my card. If I want to place an order from my computer I have to go get the link that was sent to my email to be able to login on my computer. It was such of waste of time.

Long time customer. Y’all do so much right. One thing that causes trouble is trying to find “your” taco in a bag full of many. People eat the wrong ones and don’t care. Sometimes the other people do. Not an easy problem. The numbered bag thing just doesn’t get it many times. I gave up ordering something particularly because chances are I would not end up with it anyway. Or I’d have to mangle all of them on the front end.

I’m a loyal customer and come several times a week. It’s bad enough that we can’t redeem rewards in store anymore, but absolutely ridiculous that I can only redeem one online. Way to appear money hungry. Times are hard but tacos are optional.
