The Herfy app is an absolute disaster. It’s riddled with bugs, constantly crashing, and barely usable. Orders often get delayed or go missing, with no reliable way to track them. The interface is outdated and confusing, making it a headache to navigate. Customer support is non-existent, leaving users stranded when issues inevitably arise. This app fails on every level and feels like a complete afterthought. Avoid it at all costs.

The app is great for ordering and navigating the UI, but the delivery estimates are way off. The only thing that works is the confirmation that your order is on its way, and I got that notification that my order is delivered, but it came after 10 minutes!
