التطبيق كان جيد بالنسبة لي ولكن حصل ووصل طلبي ناقص والسواق قال هذا اللي اعطوه المطعم فقط. للاسف رقم الاتصال بإدارة البرنامج مشغول طوال الوقت ولايوجد اي وسيلة للتواصل مع المطعم او تقييمه ولهذا السبب دفعت قيمة الطلب كامل على الرغم من انه وصل ناقص. اقترح اضافة خاصية ارسال تعليقات وتقييم المطعم والخدمة ورقم اتصال بالمطعم او خانه لكتابة ملاحظات عن الوجبات لانه لايتوفر هذا الخيار دائماً. شكرا لكم واتطلع للتطوير لانه من اساسيات نجتح البرنامج. بالتوفيق I actually liked the app. Until I had a bad experience trying to reach customer service through the busy line coz I got my delivery perfectly on time but not exactly the order. Actually, two meals were not there. The driver blamed the restaurant and there was no solution. I suggest adding a button to send direct messages to service providers in Jahez and add the restaurant contact # next to it. This will also help in customizing the orders especially that it’s not always allowed to make notes about meals preferences.

I was going to give this a 3 star until I opened the AppStore page and the first review that popped was relating customer service from 4 years ago. To me it’s astonishing that a basic feature that could be found for free and added to the app is not there. Contacting customer service within the app can only be done via phone call which makes no sense unless the matter is urgent. For anything else like bugs etc. customers aren’t invested that much in your company to call you, but they’ll send you a message since it doesn’t require much from them. This basic necessity which is found in every other platform small or big is somehow not available within the app. My message to the management don’t add value on the cost of fundamentals. Edit: No one puts an “about us” section in an app.

It’s not my first time encountering issues with their customer service line but today was something else honestly. I’ve been waiting for over an hour for an order and kept trying to call the customer service line and it wouldn’t even go through number one. Number two I had already paid for my order (116﷼), then all of a sudden my order got cancelled? You’re kidding me honestly! Then to my surprise instead of them refunding me my money back to my card they gave me 100 ﷼ credit in my jahez wallet, for what? Not to lose a customer? Honestly never ordering from them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app. Use any other app to order food or better yet walk to the place you want to order from, anything would be better than Jahez. What a shame
