Hardee's KSA

A user experience so bad it ruined my day twice. One of the worst applications I’ve used. A few of the problems I encountered: I cannot customize my mushroom & swiss Sandwich if it’s a big meal (the options disappear somehow), but I can if it’s a medium sized meal or just a sandwich. There’s no side order for spicy fries, only regular, you have to order a meal (and add 2sr extra) just to get spicy. Searching in Arabic reverses the words & letters, completely unreadable. Pick-up orders have a minimum requirement of being 25 S.R… Why is there a minimum requirement if I’m picking it up myself? Do you want me to pick up the other orders & deliver them on my way too? Horrible.

Everything was excellent except there was no pointing system for the customers whom continue ordering through Hardee’s app as other fast food restaurants to keep the loyalty.

the application is good and fast but my only comment on this is every time i order the delivery driver ask always to send the location on whatsapp, so what’s the use of pinning my location on the app if the always ask us to send them on whatsapp? if they cannot use the pinned location on the app then just remove that option.
