I have been using KeeTa for quite a while now. It has been a good choice for me for its good deals and fast delivery. But today I ordered a meal and it took almost 2 hours to arrive. I was really hungry at that time and I tried to ask the delivery man to be faster but no response. Eventually I went to buy some food myself and asked for a cancelation of the order. However the customer service will not allow me to do so and claim that the delivery man is picking the order up and on the way. I waited another 20mins for the order to finally. Now I ask any compensation to my order since I waited so long and they would not allow me to cancel. I got just 10 hkd compared to my 200 hkd order… this is really disappointing as I have been suffering from hunger for about 2 hours and the platform just cannot give me a better solution, I cannot cancel myself for such long delay and I got barely no compensation in the end. I will no longer use this app for food delivery (I recommend anyone who sees this do as well) unless they have better solutions come out for such situations

Keeta has totally changed my takeout experience—super easy to navigate, tons of restaurant options (my go-to local spots and new gems all here!), and deliveries are always on time, even during busy hours. The deals are unbeatable too—no annoying membership hoops, just straightforward discounts that save me money. Customer support is quick to help if I ever have a question. Hands down the best food delivery app I’ve used lately; 5 stars without a doubt!

I’ve been using Keeta for the past 3 months and never had an issue with orders. Yesterday, the I had the wrong order delivered to my place and contacting them was a hassle and I had the worst experience. When I realized that the order is incorrect, I told the driver I won’t accept it and return it to the restaurant. I tried contacting keeta to explain the problem ( took a while to talk to someone), they demanded a photo and said he can’t help me without a photo. I asked them to verify with the driver and restaurant that the correct order wasn’t delivered and he declined my request and said without a photo he can’t help me out. This is a low IQ response. Why you wouldn’t verify with the driver and restaurant? Unless you’re not willing or don’t care about your customers. Plus this is my first time contacting them about any issues, its not like I request a help everyday. Last thing, requesting photo is very dumb, I could’ve recieved the whole order and take a photo of some it and say the rest is missing or I could’ve recieved turn the food upside down and sy it was spilled. I deleted the app and going with Jahez or the chefs going forward.
