In multiplayer mode, if you scratch after hitting the correct ball, the app says, jaw is snookered instead of recognizing the scratch. It then requires the next player to shoot, even though the cue ball is still in the pocket. Hand” noticed when playing
i’ve played a lot of competitive pool over the past three or four decades, eight ball tournaments local nine ball tournaments in Vegas. I’ve actually won a few lost more than my fair share and this game is adequate but not perfect. By any means I guess that’s why I’m only giving it three stars. If I see improvements with some updates, I’ll change my review or update it at that point anyway, it’s a good time passer worth the download
I’m an avid pool player. I’ve been playing for over 4 decades. I love the concept of this game where it’s all about English and how hard you hit the ball however, there are shots the game can’t seem to aim automatically where I am adjusting my shot. Now and then when I know for a fact it will go in it somehow seems to miss, when my opponent (me playing single player against the game) makes some shots where his cue placement after the shot should have been in a bad spot somehow seems to have some magical spin on it that will just do happen to leave them with a very makeable shot in which he makes the 8 or is able to aim the shot (I would have to do myself) rendering it an easy shot. I wish there was a replay option on this game to be able to watch it again but unfortunately there isn’t. Don’t get me wrong, I love the challenge and the concept. It is well done however I wish it wasn’t unbelievable at times.
