My delivery was delayed, and according to customer service (Georgia), the item was likely lost in transit. Naturally, this was disappointing, but the way it was handled completely turned the experience around. Georgia quickly suggested placing a replacement order with next-day delivery and arranged for the original item to be returned by the courier. I was very happy with this solution and truly appreciated the efficient, friendly support. As always, the VS quality is unmatched — my absolute favorite. I can never get enough of their bras and knickers 🤭❤️

Every time I buy their products, I find they are good quality and wash and wear excellent, I buy my 5 granddaughters their PJ’s every Christmas, they are still wearing them year after year, also I purchase Pj’s for myself I now have 5 sets, just love them, my granddaughters all pose in a Christmas picture for me every year with their new ones, it’s become a family tradition ! I have been a customer before it changed over to uk, I would like to see al verity different colours and florals as I’m not able to see everything online anymore to how it was before and not much in stock now.. I hope this sorts out….as I like the quality of this store then most I’ve known… the cotton modal pyjamas and flannel pyjamas of the same item to be available in different colours. With the long modal pyjamas set And the shorts modal pyjama set and floral ones the cheeky panties and v front cotton thongs and logo thongs and briefs. I want to see more stock please how it was before and more verity colours of cotton modal pyjamas and floral ones and flannel and the cami sets and modal chemises. I want to see more verity what was Instore before it moved to uk as I’m not able shop my favourites and love the quality of it al then most stores.
