I absolutely Love Next. They have really upped their game when it comes to quality and cut. The items i have purchased in the past all fit well and wash well, no color run. I always receive tonnes of compliments on the style, design, range of colors and of course quality of each piece. My only complaint is that the items sell out quickly! But hey-ho, just keep on trying. I do wish there was a wider selection for teenage girls. That apart - There's something for everyone. I love Next.

When I initially downloaded about a year ago the app sucked! I removed it and kept using the browser version. It’s definitely improved now, but please add the save for later or improve the favorites to add the capability to leave items in favorites even after placing an item in cart. That would would be awesome:)

The app is way better than the website in terms of image’s quality and browsing experience, HOWEVER it restarts every few minutes and takeS you back to homepage or completely shuts down. This problem seems to keep happening every month, which is really frustrating. I was very excited that Next finally decided to make an app, i’ve been a customer for 3 years, but since the app is unreliable, i’ll keep using the website.
