I think it’s a smart idea if at Christmas time everything is 25% off because it brrings more sales if it’s 25% off on everything everyone will be trying to grab everything at once the more and more people who buy the more sales and money you earn but if you keep it at it natural high price the less likely people are going to buy more or other things around the same please consider it for example some laneige are 25% off why just not make all of them 25% off it’s more efficient and effective I think that this need d to be done in shops to thank you for reading please be sure to answer thank you again.
I was searching for lots of products I needed on the app and that was fine and great until I was adding stuff into my basket and the app was just deleting the products it was showing me them in stock they was all in the basket about 30 minutes and I purchased them and Sephora removed them but added another one of the products so I ended up spending £112 on shampoo and conditioner my order all together came to £500 and next day delivery I was fine with that because it was thing that I wanted although I was upset after I looked at the order to find out the thing I wanted why I placed an order in the first place was removed I tried to get a hold of customer services but it just kept saying I couldn’t and I was confused because I messaged customer services at 11am and it starts at 9am-5pm and I didn’t get hold then I messaged the Facebook and they didn’t respond till the next day and by that time they couldn’t help me because my order was already shipped out then like I said I spent £500 and got next day delivery well for that price I would be expecting that anyway my order has still not been delivered now and it’s been 3 days no bank holidays nothing i am not very happy please help your app and get services to help the customers I don’t think I will be buying from the app again as it is to much hassle until you can fix this app and get me my help I need!
The title summarises it all: the app is so annoying and useless, that I am surprised that it has actually been released out there for people to use for shopping. A few links lead to a dead end. Wish list on the app is not synced with the wish list I have on my account either. Filter options are so limited, that in some categories you would have to plow through hundreds of unrelated products before you get anywhere, which is not something I prepared to waste my time on. The website is just as buggy, but is still better than the app. On both, it takes forever to get anywhere, it’s so slow it’s immensely irritating. In addition, please sort out your customer service: I’ve been trying to get in touch for days without any success. It takes way over the promised 48 hours to get any sort of response. I am not prepared to risk buying anything from your website, until customer service actually starts responding to customers, especially when my issue is related to your buggy website: my beauty box is consistently not sending.
