EGO: Women’s Clothing & Shoes

I love shopping on EGO because the clothes are actually so cute and the material is really good quality for the price. My orders always come pretty fast too, which I appreciate. But the app definitely needs work. It will say something is “on sale” and the price is literally the same as before, which is confusing. The pictures also don’t load sometimes, and the app glitches a lot while scrolling or checking out. Another thing — we really need customer reviews with pictures and details about the material and fit. That would help so much before buying. Overall, I love the clothes, but the app performance needs serious improvement.

My first time ordering, very excited to receive my order. Website does seem to glitch a little, my items in my cart were deleted 3 times and everytime I went to purchase it would delete all my items. But we ordered & waiting on shipment!

You cannot change the location in the application; only the country of England is available. A store that has no information about clothing sizes or even shoes. There are just sizes I asked a question about the length of the dress and they told me that they had sent a request to the factory and told me to wait. The next day I asked for help choosing a shoe size. And they said that they didn’t have any information about shoe sizes either and that I should just choose my size. Then I asked if there was any information for me about the size of the dress that I asked yesterday and I received an email in response that I should wait patiently and that they would definitely answer me. And now I’ve been waiting for almost a week and no one has provided me with this information! I don’t know how you can wait almost a week for information about the size or length of a product in other stores it is available in the product description. I'm from USA, you have to pay for return from USA. I just wasted my time! A store that unfortunately doesn’t seem to value its customers...I don’t recommend it!
