The app is not user friendly in the slightest. When our store was originally Priceline the app they had was very easy to use, unfortunately the ChemPro app is clunky. So glad I love my pharmacy team.

Pros: I love that I can order my medications online and pick up later, saves me waiting at the chemist Cons: half the time the app won’t load

Would love the App if developers could learn to use it themselves & figure out why they are making sooooo many mistakes in keeping scripts in scripts out & correct details on supply & days left. Very dangerous situation for non tech savvy ppl who rely on this App.
