CWS Apartment Homes

App has been broken for months and it doesn’t look like CWS has any plans of fixing it. The community section freezes the app every time you click on it. I guess I’m grateful the work orders still go through.

The CWS app doesn’t properly link to the payment portal. I had to separately download the rent cafe app. It’s like some high school students created the app, although they may have done a better job. There also seems to be an issue with using Chrome.

App is awful. Payment portal is not even a part of the app. Instead of submitting one amount for payment, you need to evaluate each charge levied and divide it by number of roommates turning which should be a easy but painful process of paying rent into a math test. Thanks CWS! This app offers me nothing and makes life harder!
