So, the app is ok, but loading photos on 5G and gig Wi-Fi connections take forever. Additionally, unlike your website, you don’t actually list the taxes. Taxes in the area can be almost as much as the house payment. That alone may be a reason to next. Also, if I mark a property as no, why do you keep showing it on the map? How can I easily look at a large number and not miss them if you won’t let my hard no choices be hidden?

My wife and I really enjoy this app it works really well and are very impressed with that thank you so much Eric Ramos! Also, the only thing we would ask to change on it is to add HOA filtering to the filtering list. We would love for the developers to add this feature soon!

To the Developers Can you check the share link function? I am on Verizon network using iPhone XR. I currently have e 2 bars with their network and am biding a cousin I. Universal City, Texas. I’ll let you know how it acts when I’m back at my apt in Austin. I’ll see if the location is an issue. My Apartment at times has connection issues. I think it’s the concrete and steel in the building that maybe interfering with the signal. Others report the same issue so it’s not limited to Verizon. I am using Spectrum for my cable and internet. I bought a WD signal booster to see if that helps. I will test both ways at home and report the results. When I try to share a link, it just spins. It is trying to connect to the messaging program but not able to fully make the connection. Probably a minor fix. I’ll be checking back as I run your program through some different scenarios. I’ll install this on. New win10 dell gaming laptop and report those results as well. Thank you for your work on the program. I do a bit of beta testing for a popular game on Facebook FYI Cathy
