Customer service is lacking severely. I live and work at a company that uses the app and fob system through them. We have been experiencing technical issues for 2 days. People are getting locked out of the garage, entrance to the building, amenities, etc. They told us it’s not an emergency because the app is back up. I explained the app is having an issue as well. They said they “forwarded” the issue to the emergency team. They have provided 0 tangible action items they are taking to resolve it. I haven’t receive an update without calling them. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and just give the run around saying they are looking into it. It should not take 2 days to hear from someone other than rep who can only tell me to replace 1000+ fobs which is grossly unreasonable to expect us to have that many replacement keys for a clearly technical issue on their part. The app is spotty at best and has issues every couple months which leads to folks being stuck outside the building at any hour of the night or day. They could at the very least spare a few minutes to have an in depth convo with paying customers, but apparently they have better things to do. If they took care of their customers I’d say it’s a decent app/system, but if you ever have an issue they are not very responsive and are quick to defer to blaming the other companies they integrate with.
This app is absolutely terrible. My apt residence uses this app in addition to one other app to allow us to access different buildings, etc in the community. The only real use I have for this app is that it’s supposed to allow me to unlock my apt with the app. I have lived in this apt for over a year and have never got this to work. Worst part is that this is now the THIRD time that I’m not able to sign in at all as the app claims my email and phone are not associated with any account. For some reason my account seems to keep reverting to some random, incorrect phone number, I contact their customer support, they fix it, then I try to unlock my apt but that feature never works, then I forget about the app. But I tried to sign in again as I will actually need the feature to unlock my apt when going on vacation so I can give access to someone else, I wanted to see if the app can help with that but now for the third time I cannot log in, I’m sure they will tell me the same thing AGAIN, that I need my apt management to correct my phone number, for the third time for some reason. Basically this app is absolutely useless and I have no idea why my apt community continues to use this app.
I love this app so much. It’s been a huge game changer for me. I can stay in bed for as long as I want! I used to get up multiple times a night to walk downstairs and get some water or change my Nest thermostat. I still have to walk downstairs and get water but I no longer have to turn on all the lights and disturb my family. I can click a button on my phone, while in bed, and dim only the lights I need. Also I can stay in bed and just change my thermostat as many times as I want from my phone now too. There are a bunch more features in the app I haven’t used yet. But I’ve used these two so far and it’s been awesome. Highly recommend!!!
