I’m in a multi-tenant building and I often have problems getting packages and deliveries. They can’t properly access the system and/or get frustrated and say that they can’t get security access. Meanwhile, I have no notification or way to know, until I track a package online with an undeliverable status. The front door interaction system is harder than it should be. No delivery driver is going to take 5 min filling out their name, etc into system for a delivery.

Super easy building access tool once you get used to it

The latest update is awful. The application has always been slow, but now it takes me at least 3-5 minutes to login. I have to re-login and re-setup notifications every time I try to open the app. Then once I finally get through all of the setup features, the application scrolls/tries to open for another few minutes. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall, but that hasn’t helped. This app. is substandard and frustrating to use.
