Nutrition tracker- Lilbite

I am so grateful for the ease of use of this app! It took a difficult situation and made it so manageable! My husband was diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s and we are following a very strict diet in order to help alleviate some of the symptoms. It was overwhelming to try and count every protein, fat and carb while maintaining a certain number of calories each day….until LilBite. I literally cried when I discovered it. I haven’t even begun to use all of the helpful elements in the app and was so grateful to have been prompted by an email to check out some of the features available. LilBite is exactly what I needed in order to help my husband. Thank you for such a great tool in my toolbox and helping ease some of the “difficult” in this journey.

If you’re looking to track one or two of your health goals this app does the job. If you’re not calculating every macronutrient, it will do the job. What’s really annoying though, is logging in your food. Which is too bad because that’s the key to tracking, essentially. The scanner works once then I have to restart the app in order to get the scanner to work again. The search feature doesn’t have a very big database. I’m not sure if it’s user generated or what. ??? The ability to create meals, favorites and frequent items is a great idea but the input of your information is complicated at best.

I liked using the app alot, its not like other fitness /kcal counting apps that are extremely crowded in design and have too many different options. Even if you don’t pay for the extra things this app has to offer, it is still great.
