This is a fantastic food tracker to keep you on track, it has all the features you could expect and some extra ones, like the exercise tracking, which for me is also part of my health goals.
I cancel my subscription to another one I have used for years. I was so very happy this one offered the Mediterranean Diet option. It is a bit of a transition, but well worth it. I’m quite happy I made the switch. All of the extra logging options that cost more in other apps are included with this one. It also gives reminders for meals, snacks, and hydration. Love it!
This is a great app. The only thing I see lacking is due to missing macronutrients for vegetarians and vegans. However, if you’re not in that group or if you need something to at least track all of your fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and calories this is a awesome app. You can also place in here, personal recipes, and track those too. I did send an email to the designer of the app and was told they will be updating this to include vegetarians and vegans. Once they make that adjustment for myself and those like me, this would be an app that would get five stars. If I could put 4 1/2 that’s what it would actually get. Try this app you won’t be disappointed!
