Century: Age of Ashes

I recently downloaded Century, and I found it to be very fun and enjoyable, although there are some issues that bother me quite a bit. First of all, the game homepage is a bit confusing, and the fact you have to go to classes to change stuff like your dragon and go to eggs is a bit annoying, it would be much better if the dragons ( as in adult ones that you can equip) are put with the hatchery all together so it would be easier to find things. Second of all, ranked matches are (for me), impossible to get into, when I press the matchmaking button and start waiting for a match, it just doesn’t load into one, instead I’m here sitting for like over a minute trying to get into a match while the unranked takes 7 seconds to 1 minute. Third of all, it would be great if there were more game modes than just PvP and the gold hunt ones, just as a suggestion, maybe add more game modes and update more please.

I really really like the game and am definitely going to play on my ps5 when I get it set up. The problem I have is that I am definitely playing against mostly or all bots. I know that’s not directly the games fault but I wish there was a way to turn on or off cross play because there just aren’t enough mobile players. Additionally, I cant play anything but unranked. Any time I try matchmaking for either of the ranked matches it will say it’s trying to match make for 5 minutes and then just give up. Again, I’m sure this is because there aren’t many mobile players but I think by adding a cross play mechanic, this would help the problem. I’ve been playing against the same “players” every single time and it just feels very empty. Again, love the game a lot and will still keep playing. I just wish I could play with real people as well as get a chance to place on the leaderboard.

Graphics and gameplay are great! Things that need work are ranked battles are not playable. You try to join a match and timer just goes off over and over after 3min. Add friends is broken says here are last 10 or so people you played with but you can’t scroll to see them all only 2. Developing new game modes and letting you pick which mode you want to play would be great over random match type when your trying to complete a quest in another match type. I think a big thing that would spark a lot of interest and get folks playing more would be to offer legendary eggs in shop for silver. Let us save silver to buy an egg and put it in hatchery with a lot of quests to complete for that class. Folks would grind and learn a certain class more.
