While, yes, the graphics are nice, what used to be a relatively issue free game has become more unplayable with each server merge. I’ve played this game for a couple of years and even though I synced my first character I started with, the account was unretrievable after the first server merge I experienced. I had to start completely over with a new character and lost money I had already paid into the previous character. It was reported and all I got was an apology. Nice eh? So I was dumb enough to try again with a new character. There was another server merge. I had synced my character with my Facebook account like before. I did not lose my character but all of the progress was lost in my Homeland. It was reported and no fix. Then further issues began with the game crashing during any quest. I’ve had to plan on having a crash happen at least 5 times average now in the game requiring completely re-logging in every time. Many other reviewers mentioned the game being dependent on spending money in order to grow and survive. They are correct. At this stage, I find it a complete waste of time after the recent server merge. My character lost all Totem progress this time and I’m done with the fact the game has been steadily declining with playability and new issues happening.

Cause u have to download the rest of the fame to play and that it’s right cause u are waisting time cause u wanted toContinue playing it and you can’t because you download the rest of the contents of the when you first get the gameAnd download it onto your phone you have to download more content to continue playing from where you are from I find it to be very unfair and it’s a lot to download for one whole game just to play it I really wanna play the game all the way through without having to stop and wait and download because it’s taking forever and it’s taking all my memory on my phone for it to work please fix that because I understand there’s a lot of problems to that game and I was able to play it and reason why I am giving it to restart it because I’m unhappy so that the download I don’t have enough room to keep downloading more contact what’s the constant should’ve been already included once you download it from the App Store

I had approximately 4700 Mount soul gems the blue horses that you use to upgrade your mounts. I used what I had to use to upgrade the first dragon that you get before Azure sky, so I Upgraded The rest of the dragon from the orange stars and all the purple stars expecting to get AZURE SKY, But I Did not!! Instead receiving my new mount AZURE SKY, I ended up with 1 Orange STAR for my DRAGON again!!! So that’s messed up! There’s no description saying that I have to go through two more settings of the orange and purple stars. So I would appreciate someone getting back with me so I can have what I have been saving up for this whole time. Other than that I’m loving the game it’s a great game, I love the graphics the storyline is beautifully well done. There’s a lot of people that don’t know how to talk and communicate, and there’s a lot of people who talk ridiculously perverted and think it’s joking time but it’s not. You don’t know who these people are you don’t know how old they are they could be 85 they could be 15 you don’t know!!! I do know this I wish there was at least a moderator to keep these people out of the chat room for a few days or so but not forever out of the game! Some lessons need to be learned and taught but not banded. Because sometimes guild members are on and you need to talk to the world or across server for advice. But then when you do people laugh at you call you names, so you just ignore them!!! But I would like to have my 3700 Mount soul gems back please!! Since I can’t get a hold of you guys through your customer service. The website keeps telling me to go somewhere else and it takes me there but it doesn’t do anything.
