At least twice in a single month of use, I’ve unlocked e scooters to realise that they don’t work. There is an option to message them about the complaint and they will reply that the refund will be processed but it never does. The scooters themselves are often janky due to poor maintenance. I can hear parts violently shaking inside when I’m on moderately bumpy surfaces. The only positive in my opinion is that this is a necessary tool to use along with the Riyadh metro. But if Riyadh metro ever decides to implement these services like in London or Guangzhou, this could be done a lot better. Also, I don’t believe the 4.5 stars rating because when you read the reviews, there are several negative reviews. It should mean that there are many users who rate 5 stars without writing a review. A common sign of paid reviews.
