Solitaire Dash - Win Real Cash

Played the game for a bit for free w/bonus money I won when I first downloaded the game, was fun & thought it was good. But when I deposited a tiny bit of money to continue to play the game, it then told me i had to sign in & was unable to make an account to keep my money safe (that they now have) because my device exceeds the limit.. (or is over limit for the solitary games, that I have signed out of and deleted accounts/games due to poor app/scams, so not sure why they would take money first, and then make me sign in after depositing to protect), and then have NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM regarding the issue! Plus after that notification comes up, there is no other way to go back or get to the home button, NOTHING! Seriously don’t do it! Once you deposit money, it’ll be gone if you possibly play other solitaire/bingo games!! Can’t even sign in w/my account that I’ve used!! But hey, maybe you can have some hope to get $ back if you have more time to call all over the country for a phone number/email that most likely doesn’t exist, good luck!

Edit after initial review 1 week later: I did get a response and a suggestion to log out and re-log in to the game with my user name and password and it worked! Hopefully no more issues! Previous review: I have deposited ALOT of money into this game and now have a good amount of cash I would like to withdrawal but every time I try, it tells me I need to make sure I “collect all Game rewards before I withdrawal”. I have NO pending games or bonus cash to collect at all. And there is no way to bypass this message. I only have the option to cancel my withdrawal….or “go to” the screen that shows all of my games are completed. I have messaged multiple times and the only response I get is to “collect all game rewards before withdrawal”. I also tried the email on the opening screen for “support” and it bounced back as undeliverable. Do NOT give this game any money…if you win anything back, they’re going to keep it. This cash cow is moving on.

I have played this game for probably about 4 to 5 months now and honestly I have one a lot and truthfully I have not withdrawn anything because I just like to play the game. I did a test of saying how long it took to draw and they get back to you within 24 hours which is actually super cool they freeze it so that way you don’t touch it but you can always touch it within 24 hours after that they process it. I think the only downfall and reason why I gave it 4 to 5 stars is because there’s no bots and you are waiting for real people to play. You’re waiting along time for games to see what place you are because some games you wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes other games you may wait 22 to 48 hours really depending. but if you have patience, this game is great. It’s easy to learn and best of luck!
