Absolutely the BEST workouts ever!! So much variety! The instructors are incredible!! The app is easy to use and the workouts are amazing! So hard and so fun! I recommend mvmnt to everyone I know! The workouts are fun efficient and always changing!! Natalie is a phenomenal instructor as are all the amazing women who inspire and teach classes here! I recommend 10/10!! This app is so great, I can easily stream to my smart tv when working out at home, and I always take on the go with me on my iPad to get my workouts in when I go out of town. The workouts are perfectly balanced with cardio and strength building, and they’re FUN! Highly recommend!
