I have an iPhone and the set up is practically unusable you can not fully see the buttons because they are off screen and if you manage to click the button you have no way to add another account. I can see my account however can not get access to my children’s information. There is no help, if you send an email asking for assistance they reply with telling you to go to the Medicaid website. The app is awful and almost unusable.
I downloaded and tried to register and keep getting the same message, “ Unable to locate your record. Please try again with accurate information or contact us for further assistance.” I continue their email support to be directed to the FAQ section and a different email. Emailed them to get directed to the same FAQ section. Told them it’s not helping so they gave me a phone number. Called the number to be told they have no clue about it.
