After a few overuse knee injuries, my dr said one more will require bone surgery. As a result, I was really nervous to start lifting and hiking again. I gave Strive a shot and I will never go back!! I use this app to check my form the same way my physical therapist used to but this is in my pocket and is using real muscle data, not just eyeballing from a few feet away!! Strive gives me so much security and keeps me accountable when it comes to my form. I am a better athlete and have healthier knees than ever before because of Strive! Cannot recommend it enough!

This app and this technology is changing the way we train and maintain the health of our bodies. As an athlete with a long history of injuries, my body does what it can to stay afloat. But now with Strive I can better understand how my body is functioning so that I can adjust my training more appropriately and be more efficient. This change is reducing my risk of injury and helping get to a place of balance and health maintenance.

Strive has been able to help me realize what’s going on with my body throughout training. Before I typically didn’t know if I was doing something wrong or favoring a side until I could “feel it” w/either an injury or tweaking something - now I can look at my data to know when Im imbalanced or need to focus on one side or the other
