I used to own an iTouch watch for a few years and loved it. I was able to view nearly everything the same as I could on this watch, (Q7+) except the 'newer' watch does not have a body temperature sensor or blood oxygen. Which, I don't necessarily need or use, so this wasn't a big issue for me. This watch/app does come with female health monitor, which is a plus! However, I use my watches mainly for step count and heart rate. Before, I had been able to view my heart rate on my watch and record it with a simple touch. Now, I press it, and it does not connect to the app at all. In fact, my heart rate is a 0 in-app. Where I was able to move my priorities around, where heart rate comes first and steps come later, now I have to swipe eight times to get to something I use more than sleep? Notifications are another issue. I have turned ALL of them on, yet only receive twitter notifications, while snapchat or other important apps don't even register? In many aspects the ease of use is better, graphics are slightly better, but the frustrations I'm having are too much for $90.
I bought my X5 watch almost a year ago and at first I had several concerns about it. The watch wouldn’t stay connected to my iPhone consistently and my weather app had trouble updating. After several emails to tech support and trying multiple things, we finally found a resolution. Apparently there was a better app to use than what was recommended for the watch. We put that on and it seems to working flawlessly. Then only little complaint I now have is that when then battery on the watch is getting low, the screen starts switching back and forth between what I set it and then a much smaller version of it?? Any suggestions?
