Thyroid Tracker ThyForLife

I've been waiting for this app to come back and it was tough going without it. This used to be one of the highest-rated thyroid tracking apps out there, and I think the ratings only dipped because it was offline for a while. Now that it's back, it's better than ever. So many new features and flows have been added, and the new wellness section is a standout. Really glad to see it up and running again!

I started using this app a week or so ago, and it’s almost everything I’ve been looking for to track my hypothyroidism from Hashimoto’s. I had some issues logging some data, and the team immediately responded to my query and got things working quickly. I do wish the app supported tracking food, commentary on how those foods make you feel, and a place to log workout info. I could use the notes feature of the symptoms tracker, but it might be clunky. Nevertheless, the app is great, and there are many excellent resources within for anyone wanting to keep track of their thyroid issues and the symptoms thereof.

This looks pretty clear and user friendly. Some suggestions for tweaking: The days of the week buttons are off for entering the same med with different doses taken on certain days. eg. Press Sunday it appears as Saturday. It took me 30 minutes to accurately enter the days of the week on which I take 90 mg doses and 60 mg doses. It would be helpful to have the ability to enter times of day for symptoms, as I experience changes throughout a 24 hour cycle that may correspond to how I am metabolizing medication and could provide insight into doses and dosing regimen.
