🫶IT LITERALLY COVERS EVERYTHING!!!🫶 From daily check ins to contacting your favourite people in an emergency and getting information on all the emotions you can feel. Your Crew has all the information you could ever help and literally connects you with the people you not only want but might one day need! Thank you for making something so kind 😊
This app gives me a safe space to put down my feelings either through picking an emoji or noting it in my journal, rather than continuing to bottle it up. I can use it any time, anywhere because it’s so easily accessible on my phone, but since it’s locked with my fingerprint I feel at ease about my privacy. Sometimes when I feel I need support but don’t really want to directly reach out or am unable to at that time, I just pick an emoji or message one of my crew and it makes the process of communicating so much easier mentally and less awkward. I think it’s really important for those who struggle mentally or honestly any teenager going through high school or just life to have access to something like this, it has perfect features and honestly could be life saving. ❤️
My teenage daughter has been struggling with anxiety and depression (as have many of her friends). YourCrew gives her a tool to express her feelings that may have otherwise been bottled up. Sometimes she shares the comments with me sometimes they’re private, either way it’s very cathartic. Recognising and labelling your feelings can take away some of its power. It’s also useful for me to see what happening so I can be more present and supportive, rather than getting caught up in my own stuff. Well done and thank you!
