Great app. Makes paying and managing our apartment account easy. Only thing that is a pain is the app logs me out every time, even when I check “remember me”. Wish it would keep me logged in.

It is bug ridden and requires constant updating and reinstalling. It’s a lousy company that handles these accounts charges a $270 processing fee for a credit card. The interface is so lousy that my bank invariably flags this as fraud when I try to make a payment with a credit card. Setting up auto pay rarely works and then the landlord contact me about a $500 late fee on top of the ridiculous processing fees. I hate these people, I hate this company and I’m so sorry that I signed a lease that requires me to use this worthless app.

Moved our daughter in for college. The complex is just off the expressway, short distance to the metro. Safe clean place for kids just moving on their own. Amazing common areas for residents and their guests. Enjoyed our tour with Chance! Thank you!
