Terrible customer service - we’ve only asked her for help only a few times with picking up our packages however she is incredibly rude. She claims that she is so busy and never attempts to provide any real customer service, she puts off our requests and tells us to wait for someone else or to address the issues ourselves. She seems to be so unhappy with any of minor issues that we have brought up. Unbelievable to be experiencing such terrible service given this is a luxury apartment living. Please train your staff to be mindful and to treat everyone with respect.

Long overdue - After throwing my garbage away I continue to notice how clean and well kept the trash area has been for a while. Great to see. I knew the issue would be fixed, however we were in a very challenging hiring climate. Bottom line they fixed it in a timely manner. Great job!

As others have said, the app no longer works after the most recent update it seems. A white screen with a continue button that is grayed out pops up every single time you try to open the app but you cannot click on the button. I clicked around the screen and was eventually taken to a webpage in my Chrome browser that had a terms of use page for what I assume is the developer company. But that didn’t do anything and I still couldn’t advance pass to the blank screen in the app. Please fix!
