When an app has like 85% one ⭐️ rating it’s to be concerned, another issue is it’s unclear about there cash back, it states get 5$ back when you spend 55$ 🤔 ok so is it accumulative or do I have to spend 55$ in one transaction, if so, we’ll that’s a Rort. Who spends 55$ in a single transaction at a bakery? Maybe the guy/girl that’s shouting lunch or gopher getting bread & rolls for the Bunnings Sosij sizzle. I know I spend like $7-$13 at a time. So yeah I might accumulate 55$ a month. I just thought this would be better then the old stamp the food card every purchase. But it’s got so many 1⭐️ rating, leaving this app to be concerned!!! You think a million dollar business like BD would be a little clearer on things like this.
I’m writing this review after spending far too long trying to get into the app!! My password wasn’t being accepted, so I pressed the “forgot my password” link to reset it. I didn’t receive an email with the reset link (yes, I checked my SPAM). I tried again in case I’d entered the wrong email, but still no luck. I then uninstalled and reinstalled the app and went through the process all over again. Still, nothing. The only reason I was even trying was because I’ve had to give staff my phone number with each transaction. Then, last weekend, I decided to take up a dough getters deal. The staff member wouldn’t transact the sale until I showed my app. I told him that I’d been having issues with it, but he wanted me to try it anyway. I did and as expected, it didn’t work. I then told him that we’d have to proceed with using my phone number, at which point he appeared to be a bit fed up when he said “yes, that would be faster”. Yes. I know!!!! Please fix this app!
I installed this app and attempted to set up an account three weeks ago after being told my trusty punch card was no longer valid. I followed all steps to set up an account to discover the “confirm your email” link received by email sends me into the infinity world of cyber space. I I have attempted uninstalling, reinstalling and using a web browser and still nothing! So in one last ditched attempt to not give up on the app I hit the “I forgot my password button” and the “contact us” button and wouldn’t you know it… more empty cyber space. What a disappointment! So now every time I walk in store I have to explain to the teenagers who are barely used to this new process that they need to enter my mobile number, then publicly announce my number for all to hear. I’m beginning to wonder if all this trouble is worth it for a discount. It’s great you want to provide staff and customers with a covid friendly option, but perhaps this should have been tested before scrapping the trusty old punch card. Time to get those programmers to fix what they were paid to create in the first place.
