Placed order for pick up ASAP App displayed would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes Twenty minutes elapsed and app showed order ready for pick up Went into store 5 minutes later and order was not even stated. Had to wait another 15 minutes until order was ready. Also the store has run out of guacamole so was not provided

Ordered through the app and after 20 minutes, stated the order was ready for pick up. When at the store, our order had not even been started, had to wait further 10 minutes for employees to start making it, and then further 15 minutes to receive our order. All other experiences through the app were wonderful, but the system to indicate when the other is ready was incredibly inaccurate.
