Borderless Prepaid Card

One of the worst app I have ever seen. Every time when I open to log in it’s show update new version but there no updates only in App Store and for information gathering also take too much time no real time statements no quick updates in transactions and now it’s showing internal error for no reason what if person complete believe on this banking for his travel and get stuck coz of this and costumer service also not quick response for your regarding problems

I have never seen a banking organisation to have a application which is worst than what a school kid design these days. It never works. I beg you plz shut down your application. It never works, updates transactions after a month and I am really repenting by availing your service. Neither app nor your website works. Why don’t you also close your business and go to UK or somewhere like others. It would be great help if you could shut down your business in India and go away.

I wish I could give this minus ratings it’s so bad. Every time I try to register with my card it does not go through how many ever times I put in my details. I don’t think Thomas cook even tried for this one they just put together something so it looks good that they have an application. Even the website doesn’t work. Every time I try to put in my card details it tells me It’s invalid. Worst application ever. Just improve or shut it down. It’s a waste of time
