Please stay away from getting a card from thomas cook. Their card doesnt work on most sites in usa at least and on top of that the customer service is incredibly awful slow and pathetic. They will hold your money for months on failed transactions

There are too many design issues with the app. I wonder if someone ever tested the functionalities of this app. It’s very poor. The text box to enter your credentials is white background, so the text should be in black or any other darker color. But it’s white that’s such a basic design issue. I wonder if someone even tested how this App works.

Well its stuck on loading from almost 2 days now and i cannot reload money via the app or via the website because even website aint working. Lets see how many days i will have to wait.
