Great app! Can’t always depend on gps navigation though. Must remember to have strong signal before launching navigation or will end up in ocean! Very helpful tabs. Would enjoy a custom date range for performance.

I know a Hemp Store in Raleigh, NC. We have a 30 mile radius that we deliver to. This app has made the massive amounts of orders we have much easier to assign and track. It has its bugs and that’s why it gets four stars instead of five. If you really have a good amount of deliveries, this app is great for tracking your drivers and getting stats on delivery times and all that good stuff. Highly recommend.

Dispatch-to-driver communication is a key to our company’s operations. When I started my journey in searching for a software, QuestTag was one of the first. Out of all the options I looked into, several of which were hundreds of dollars a month, this one has significantly improved the efficiency of our day to day operations. I am beyond satisfied for what this software offers our team. It is truly a streamlined, straightforward, effective and overall user-friendly way to keep communications between dispatch and drivers as SMOOTH as possible. I’m very proud to be a user and look forward to the future of Shipday. If possible, I would like to suggest eventually adding a mobile version of dispatch. I am unsure of the logistics behind that but it is simply a suggestion. If it is already being worked on, fantastic! If not, the computer option is more than good enough for our operations.
