So I’ll start with the good: The game is really fun! The premise is unique and It’s obvious that a lot of time and care went into it. the interface is simple but polished, the character art is absolutely gorgeous, the voice acting is 5 star, and the characters have depth and complexity, their stories and personalities are interesting. These things all help to create a really immersive experience. The bad: For its $3 price tag, it’s far too short. I played through from beginning to end in just a couple of hours. You’ve got a lot of content here but it seems like the plot is pushed forward very fast, maybe slow it down a bit. You also have a lot of different elements, phone calls, messages, the Twixta feed, you could space them out more to make the story last a bit longer. There’s some pretty glaring continuity issues too. For example the second time I played I got the message from Dr Know it all that the Hydra was at his lab, tame, but then after that Ears was attacked by the Hydra as if that hadn’t happened yet. It states that your choices matter, however in conversations with the characters it’s largely arbitrary what your responses are, the characters say the same things regardless. Due to the fast pace of the plot there are several characters I’ve never even gotten to meet or only spoke with them once. I hope this feedback is helpful! This would be a 5 star game if the plot didn’t feel so forced. Great job devs!
Nice relaxing game about the end of the world but very very short for game at the price
Absolutely beautiful illustrations and a wonderful soundtrack. On top a refreshingly calm gameplay in our turbulent times. Well done!!
