Not very useful. I couldn’t find a way to check in or confirm room details on reservation. i tried to check on parking price. no info and app crashes when i put in my arrival date didn’t see any activity at to make restaurant reservations. on the bright side, i found our that they have a pool.
I wish I could give this app zero stars. I was sent an email to download it and check in, skipping the front desk, which would be wonderful as we have an event in the hotel shortly after we arrive. After downloading, I was able with some difficulty to add our reservation but not check in. After calling the hotel and being placed on hold several times, I was told I just need to check in at the desk because the app doesn’t work well and the mobile key usually doesn’t work to open the door anyway. Very disappointing.
You can’t actually check in on the app. It wants you to add a credit card but that’s not possible in the app. It’s pointless.
