The Grand Geneva probably put a lot of money into creating this app, but you can’t do anything in it. They wanted to emulate Marriott Bonvoy by allowing you to check in in the app, but you can’t check in to the Grand Geneva via the app until after 4 PM. Worthless. I called the resort, and they told me that if I show up at the front desk early, you can get a room. But if you want to use their app, you can’t check in early. What a waste.
Expected to see our upcoming room and spa reservations on the app but when entering our last name and each reservation number (they don’t specify conf number or online conf number) the app can’t locate the reservation.
I used this app to order room service and got a confirmation screen. When I called to check on it, I was notified that it was never received. Do not trust this app with your dinner!
