Never had an issue booking reservations. Just make sure you are a couple hours in advance of start time and have card updated on file. Pretty sure that resolves all the issues people are complaining about here.

The first time I used the app, I scanned my phone, the gate opened and I parked for several days. When I flew back to MKE (near midnight), I tried to scan my phone but it didn’t recognize it. I then had to call someone for help and it took another ten minutes for them to find me in the system, charge my account and open the gate for me to leave. The next time I tried using it, my phone wouldn’t scan at all and I just took a ticket. The following attempt I tried making a reservation first. Unfortunately I came back early on my trip and I was overcharged for the parking. Now the most recent attempt resulted in me being double charged. In the meantime I will use the private parking on Howell. Their system works and I get a free water after every trip - all at a lower cost.

I tried this app the other day to enter and exit the hourly garage. It appears to work well however I’d like to suggest some improvements. The app doesn’t specify well that a reservation is not required to scan in and out. I didn’t know if it would work without a reservation but thought I’d try anyway. Also, the card being sideways on the screen makes it a little awkward to scan your phone. I understand this may be necessary however due to the design of the scanner. Overall a very fast app to use at the airport.
