You have to set up an account just to order food. So after you select your order and go through all of the painstaking options and details for your group’s order, you then have to go through and set up an account. Oh and if your email was used a long time ago, you can’t set up an account; you have to then go through the clunky forgot password loop. Then, when you think you have the password selected, it doesn’t meet the password criteria. But then, even if you get a password that meets the criteria, you can’t use the save password function because it is through incentivio and not Chiloso so the password won’t save. Not sure if there are any other steps you have to make it through, but I gave up an ordered food elsewhere. You essentially have to beat the Water Temple from Zelda Ocarina of Time in order to order food through their app.

The app needs a lot more work to be efficient for the user. I have to restart my order at least once every time. It’s also a bit misleading (and I think that’s intended) because if you press the ‘+’ key next to the menu item you want, it adds it to cart without asking for for the additional salsas and chips, or other modifications. It will get the job done overall but just not very intuitive.
