The SMS and even the order history in the app don’t show your name. The person at the pickup window always gives me a hard time to show them who the order is for alongside the order but it’s not presented in a way that makes pickup easy
It’s not very obvious how to change the pickup time. When confirming the order there should be an option to choose when to pick it up. I called the restaurant immediately after placing my order to tell them I wanted to pick it up later, but it was too late. The kitchen had already begun to prepare it.
I have a profile but went to Pacific catch as a walk-in and ordered about $80 worth of food and I’m unable to log any reward points doing a walk in. Also I can’t modify my picture on my profile as it appears in my iPhone. The app appears to use the original photo and not the post-edited photo that’s viewable on an iPhone.
