The First TV

Thank you so much for all of you and the real news you bring to America. About five years ago I literally stopped watching all the news. I mean local, national and world. All of it was so very upsetting. Could there be a kind word anywhere to be said about anything? Except all we hear about is more and more crime, violence and unrest. Neighbors angry at their neighbors families very angry at each other. Have we all forgotten to love our neighbors as ourselves? Wouldn’t it be a nicer world if we did that? Helping one another. When I was young older people would say “If you don’t have anything nice to say about someone, don’t say anything at all.” Wouldn’t that still make sense for todays world? Maybe some of us could try doing that. May each of you have a safe pre-Christmas Season and a very happy holiday Also, good health in the New Year too. Sincerely, Connie Northern Illinois

I’ve been watching The First’s live stream on Apple TV through Pluto, but wanted to see some of their other shows on demand, so I downloaded the app. The app opens to the live broadcast, and these is a note at the bottom of the screen to press the menu button to return to the home section. However, when I press either the menu or home buttons, the app closes. When I press the menu button, the screen flashes before closing the app, which appears to be a crash. I tried reloading the app and cycling the power on my Apple TV, but nothing changed. So, I’m no better off with the app than I was watching on Pluto. I still gave the app three stars because the mobile version works perfectly on my phone. I like that the audio still plays while the phone is locked.

Overall the app is great. Have it installed on both my iPhone and Roku. Just one complaint... Auto play needs adjusted. Right now it plays the hours of a multi hour show backwards if on autoplay. Ex. If you finish watching hour 2 of Buck Sexton, Auto Play will then start hour 1 NOT hour 3. It doesn't make sense. You need to either 1) change the programming for order shows are played or 2) change the order shows are uploaded. Thanks 📺
